As a sworn translator appointed by the regional courts of Freiburg and Mannheim for Russian, French, and English, I have been producing certified translations of official documents for over 13 years. My academic background includes a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Translation Studies from the University of Heidelberg, complemented by a year abroad in Brussels and a childhood spent in a Russian-speaking country.

I work according to current ISO standards—such as ISO 9:1995 for transliteration—ensuring that my translations are readily accepted by authorities both in Germany and abroad.

I regularly provide certified translations of various official documents, including:

Texts are as diverse as their topics, target audiences, and areas of application—that's why I don't work with flat rates but provide individual quotes for each project. To help you better estimate potential costs, here are some guidelines:

Translations

Billed per standard line (55 characters including spaces), depending on:

• Target language
• Complexity (general / specialized)
• Delivery deadline
• Layout effort
• Text length

For a non-binding quote, I need the source text (ideally as an editable file), the desired target language, and the preferred delivery date.

Proofreading

Spelling, grammar, punctuation & style

from €50 per hour or from €1.50 per standard page
Already translated texts can also be reviewed—either as a clean version or with visible corrections.

Copywriting, Application Texts

Individual prices upon request

Interpreting

from €50 per hour plus VAT
Travel time is calculated individually, depending on the location and duration.

Certifications

An additional fee is charged for certification. This depends on the number of pages, the format of the original document, and the urgency.
